The potential resources on the coast and oceans must be managed wisely wisely. Fishery households (RTP) are one of fishery units that can manage resources. purpose this study is to find out internal external factors RTP formulate a strategy increase business hand line in Hukurila Village. method used was descriptive with sample 10 RTP. analysis uses SWOT. Identification factors, namely availability increased catches but low human resources, no cold storage available limited capital. External access government assistance, market availability, fishing grounds. threats arrest season, lack capital information, high fuel oil prices presence social conflicts.
